I help active people who have pain or discomfort that is getting in the way of their doing the activities they love to do.

I especially like to help people who are inquisitive, who want to be respected for the knowledge that they have about their own bodies, and who believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I also welcome clients who are dealing with old injuries, chronic or recurring pain, and physical issues that haven't been resolved through medical strategies, physical therapy, or massage.

 

Structural Integration is a participatory experience: through a series of sessions, client and practitioner work together to release and open “tight places” and then integrate those changes through movement. Kirstin specializes in nerve manipulation, which allows her to work gently and effectively, helping clients to find long-lasting relief from pain, discover life-changing improvements in posture, and ultimately move through life with greater energy and ease.
